For the safety of Turner Farms Self Storage customers, employees, and our environment, certain things are not permitted to be stored in our facilities.

We also reserve the right to evict any tenant for violation of, but not limited to, any of the following in our facilities:

Tenants may not store these types of items:

• Stolen or illegal goods
• Goods used for any unlawful purpose
• Explosives, ammunition, or dangerous chemicals
• Anything flammable including paints and other household chemicals
• Perishable foods
• Animals
• Plants
• Any item that could emit loud noise

Tenants may not do any of the following activities:

• Use the facility for human habitation or overnight occupancy
• Paint, sand, or use any type of cutting tools at the facility
• Repair or service any vehicles, motor homes, boats, etc.
• Store any vehicles that are not registered or not drivable
• Use the address of the storage facility address as their own
• Conduct any business from the storage unit to include selling property from the unit
• Place any signs on the outside of the storage unit
• Use any part of the storage facility structure to support or hoist heavy items
• Leave any items outside the door of the storage unit

These precautions are in place to assure the safety of our customers and their stored goods.
