What do I need to provide in order to rent a storage unit?
It’s easy! Stop by our office at 3610 Benson Road in Garner, fill out an application, and provide a driver’s license number and picture ID.

Can I rent month-to-month?
There is no long-term commitment at our self storage facility! We rent space at Turner Farms Self Storage month-to-month. You are required to sign a lease, but you are able to rent space with minimal commitment.
Do you offer packing supplies and/or locks for your units?
We offer a number of packing supplies to simplify your moving process. Items include tape, dollies, boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and mattress covers. Read more about the packing supplies we offer.
What will fit in your storage units?

What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m with no appointment necessary! And because you never know when you may need to access your unit at Turner Farms Self Storage, our units are accessible 24/7. You control your access, because you have control of your keys.
Does Turner Farms have RV, motorcycle, boat, and car parking?
Yes! We encourage you to store your vehicles in our secure lot. There is plenty of room to accommodate RVs, trucks, boats, and campers in our secure lot. View parking prices here.
What security is available on-site?
The Turner Farms Self Storage lot is secured with advanced technology including surveillance cameras, well-lit grounds, and on-site managers all operating within a fenced-in area only opened by a personalized access code. Read more about the precautions we take to protect our customers.
Do you recommend insurance on stored items?
Yes, we strongly recommend our customers insure their stored goods, but do not require it. It is your responsibility to decide whether insurance is right for you.
Do I need to provide notice when I move out?
Yes, customers must notify us no later than the 20th of the month they intend to vacate. Please download the vacate notice (PDF) and send it in to our office via postal mail (3610 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529) or email. You may also call 919.779.5997.
